Terms of Service

Welcome to MCQ Solvear ("App", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MCQ Solvear mobile application and related services.

MCQ Solvear is an educational quiz application designed to help users test and improve their knowledge across multiple categories through engaging multiple-choice questions.

• "App" refers to the MCQ Solvear mobile application available on Android platform.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the App.
• "Content" refers to text, images, questions, answers, and other materials available through the App.
• "Account" refers to the user account created to access certain features of the App.
• "Services" refers to all features, functionality, and services provided through the App.

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on Android devices that you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Access and use the Content provided through the App

This license does not include any right to: (a) sell, resell, or commercially use the App; (b) copy, modify, or create derivative works; (c) distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display the App.

The App may allow you to submit content such as quiz scores, progress data, and feedback. By submitting content, you:

• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content
• Agree that content will not violate any third-party rights or laws

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempting to hack, crack, or reverse engineer the App
• Using automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's security or functionality
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code
• Collecting or harvesting user information without consent

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Solvear and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The MCQ Solvear name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Solvear. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Quiz questions and educational content may include material owned by third parties. Such content is used under license or as permitted by law.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or delete the App from your device.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the App will meet your requirements
• The educational content is 100% accurate or complete

The App is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLVEAR, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App during the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solvear and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
